TENNIS OR PICKLEBALL ANYONE?

THER'S STILL TIME! With more mild weather there's still time to enjoy your Tennis and Pickleball courts! It has been great to have such nice areas to take out children and to gather with others to play. Hopefully there will be some landscaping someday, but right now, the budget does not allow.

We'll get there!

The Tot Lot was active all spring and summer. What a joy to see! With the picnic table for all to utilize many have been seen taking advantage!  It has proven to be a  fun play area for smaller children. All that being said, please abstain from activities that will damage or mark the surfaces.

REMEMBER, it belongs to you. Take good care of your investment.

*Although the fences and gates were aligned and repaired some have misused them to the point of needing repair several times. We will wait until next season to repair them again in order not to waste more funds.

Fall is upon us!

Fall has once again arrived. Before we know it, the cold winter will be upon us. With cooler temps it's the perfect time to clean up and update the outside of our homes, to remove dead or undesirable landscaping, realign hardscapes and boarders, and tend to tired lawns.

Remember: Yard waste is picked up every Saturday. Limit branches to 4' long and tied up. Also, other wast should be placed in bags or cans. No plastic bags. Yard waste shouldn't be put out until Friday evening.

Thank you for your help in keeping our community looking nice.
